Reserving your rentals is simple

Explore our rentals, choose your event dates, and see what's available. No account needed.

Send your quote request

Add what you need and tell us about your event. We review it and send a complete quote within 48 hours.

Approve & reserve

Happy with the quote? A 50% deposit locks in your date. The balance is due 30 days before your event.

We deliver, you celebrate

We drop off curbside or fully set up with White Glove, then come back and collect it all.

How we work

Delivery, setup & pickup, explained

No hidden fees and no surprises on the day. Here's exactly what happens when we pull up.

Standard curbside delivery

We drop your rentals at the curb and collect them from the curb. Tables and chairs need to be stacked the way we left them, on the pink tarp we provide. You handle placing them where you want them.

Tents are the exception. A tent is never left at the curb. Our crew always installs and removes it.

White Glove: we handle it all

We deliver, set every table and chair exactly where you want it, then come back and break it all down. You don't lift a finger. Add it to any order at checkout.

White Glove is setup and teardown at one combined rate, so you're never charged twice.

Delivery windows

During the week of your event, we'll email you your confirmed delivery and pickup windows, scheduled as close to your preferred times as possible. Our standard two-hour window gives us the flexibility to plan efficient routes for all our customers. If you need a specific delivery time, guaranteed time slots are available for an additional fee.
